SUZY CREAM CHEESE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine flour, butter and pecans. Press into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together and spread over first layer.

Mix pudding and milk with a mixer and pour over second layer.

Spread Cool Whip over third layer and sprinkle with nuts.
