PISTACHIO CREAM CHEESE FINGERS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
3 oz. box pistachio pudding
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oil or shortening
3 sq. or 1/2 c. chocolate chips

In a large bowl beat sugar, butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and egg; beat well. Mix flour, pudding, baking powder and salt. Add to cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll into fingers 1 1/2 inches long. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Drizzle with chocolate melted with shortening. Makes about 5 dozen fingers.
