CHOCOLATE CHEESE TORTE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. cream cheese, soft
1/2 of 9 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Grated chocolate

In 9"x13" mix melted butter, nuts and flour and spread over bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

3RD LAYER: Mix pudding mixes with milk. Allow 3rd layer to set up and top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and grated chocolate.
