CHRISTMAS MORNING BREAKFAST PIE 
1 lb. sausage
9 inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated swiss cheese
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. red pepper
2 tsp. onion chopped
4 eggs beaten
1 c. light cream

Cook sausage, drain, add cheese, mix well. Sprinkle mixture in pie shell. Beat eggs, add onions, peppers, and cream. Pour in pie shell bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serve. Garnish with red and bell peppers. Can be refrigerated overnight and baked the next morning. This is great for a quick breakfast on Christmas morning.
