1 lb. browned and crumbled sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. diced onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
Dash of salt and pepper

Grease pan and add crumbled sausage, cheese and onion. Mix in blender the milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
