BREAKFAST PIE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. hash brown potatoes
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage until browned in a skillet; drain on paper towel. Arrange triangles of crescent rolls in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Press bottoms and sides together to form crust. Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour into crust and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.

Bake in a 375°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

I've tasted this recipe when a friend made it. I plan on making it this weekend but am not sure if you brown the hash brown potatos before you bake?
