BREAKFAST PIE 
1 lb. pork sausage
8 oz. sour cream
5 eggs
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 unbaked pie shells

Brown sausage in pan. Mix eggs and sour cream together. Stir cheese and sausage in mixture of eggs and sour cream. Pour into pie shells. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Breakfast is ready.
