BREAKFAST PIE 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper
Deep dish pie shell

Brown sausage; drain. Place 3/4 of sausage in the bottom of pie shell. Add potatoes, then cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6.
