GERMAN GOULASH | |
1 quart or large can of sauerkraut 1 quart of canned tomatoes 8 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks 1 onion, chopped 1 1/2 pound smoked sausage or kielbasa, cut into chunks 1/2 tsp paprika Combine all the ingredients, juice also. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and simmer. Put oven 350°F for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with salad and home made rolls. |
