STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb
2 c. whole strawberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp. soft butter

Mix sugar, salt, flour; add to strawberries and rhubarb. Beat eggs lightly, stir into mixture.

Fill unbaked pie shell, dot with butter. Brush top crust with milk. Bake at 450 degrees 20 minutes; 350 degrees 30 minutes longer.
