STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
1 lb. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten

Mix flour and sugar with the rhubarb. Place in pie crust. Pour beaten egg over mixture. Place strawberries with juice over rhubarb. Top with pie crust. Brush crust with milk. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
