STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB CREAM PIE | |
2 c. crushed graham wafers 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 c. melted butter Mix well and put in 8 or 9 inch greased pie pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350. Let cool. In a saucepan combine 1 lb. (3 cups) cut up rhubarb (fresh or frozen) and 3 cups frozen strawberries. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. lemon juice. |
