STRAWBERRY & RHUBARB PIE | |
1 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1 c. sliced strawberries 2 c. diced rhubarb 2 tbsp. butter Sift flour and sugar together. Mix with strawberries and rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover top with pastry or cut into strips in a lattice design. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer. |
