COON HUNT CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 can (med.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nuts
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and bake at 350 degrees until done or golden brown. Remove from oven. Punch full of holes with fork. Put icing on top.
