PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs (beaten)
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can Baker coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar blending well. Stir in oil and eggs. Add pineapple and coconut mixing well. Stir in vanilla and bake in a greased oblong cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla, mix well.
