POTLUCK POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag OreIda hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. grated onion
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Generously butter bottom and sides of 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In very large bowl, mix together melted butter, sour cream, undiluted soup, seasoning, onion, cheeses and hash browns. Pour into buttered dish. Mix together crushed corn flakes and melted butter. Crumble on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
