2 cans cream style corn
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. minced onion
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento (chopped)
1 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Place in casserole and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
