FISH FILLETS IN LEMON BUTTER 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika

In a 12x8x2 pan arrange fish fillets with thickest areas outside edges of dish. In 1 quart casserole place butter. Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes until melted. Blend in parsley and lemon juice and pour over fish. Top with crumbs, then sprinkle on paprika. Microwave on high (10) 8-10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
