SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
Pinch of salt

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix until water is absorbed. Shape into 3 rolls. Wrap in Saran Wrap. Leave in refrigerator 24 hours. Take off wrap and bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Use pan with rack.
