SUMMER SAUSAGE (SMOKY) 
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. water
2 1/2 tbsp. curing salt
2 tbsp. Wright's hickory liquid smoke
1 tbsp. whole mustard seeds
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. (each) garlic powder, onion powder, pepper
Pinch of salt

Combine ingredients; divide in 4 equal parts in long thin rolls; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Unwrap and place on broiler pan. Bake uncovered in 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool, then refrigerate until served.
