FROSTED RICE KRISPIE BARS 
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. peanut butter
4 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. melted butter
4 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
6 tbsp. milk
4 c. powdered sugar

FROSTING:

6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
4 tbsp. butter

Butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt together syrup, brown sugar and peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies. Pat in pan. Chill 15 minutes. Mix butter, pudding, milk and powdered sugar together. Spread over Rice Krispies. Chill - melt chips and butter together and spread on top. Refrigerate. Cut in bars.
