POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. Pillsbury cake mix (white)
1 reg. pkg. vanilla cream pudding mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. almond flavoring
5 eggs

Grease angel food cake pan (liquid oil) and coat with 1/3 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Beat at medium speed in mixer for 5 minutes.

Mix together 1 package Pillsbury cake mix, vanilla cream pudding, Wesson oil, pineapple juice, poppy seeds, almond flavoring and eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 minutes and take out of pan.
