CHICKEN MANDARIN STYLE 
1 chicken
1/4 c. fresh ginger, chopped fine
1/8 c. fresh garlic, chopped fine
1 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Clean chicken and cut into serving pieces. Deep fat fry until done. Set aside. Fry garlic and ginger.

In a saucepan, place the fried chicken, fried garlic and ginger, cover with enough water and simmer about 5 minutes. Thicken with the mixture of the soy sauce, water and cornstarch. Pour the mixture over the chicken, blend very well and cook 5 more minutes.
