RASPBERRY SURPRISE 
1 sm. pkg. raspberry Jell-O
1 c. water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can beets (julienne style)
4 tbsp. horseradish

Bring Jell-O and water to a boil; add remaining ingredients. Place in mold to set. Serve with ham, turkey or lamb.
