5 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. cake flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder Whipped cream Strawberries or other fruit Beat eggs with sugar for 15 minutes until heavy. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Do not preheat oven. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees and don't peek, use an ungreased springform pan. |
