CHINESE SALAD 
1 head cabbage, chopped
Thin slices of red onion
1 pkg. beef flavored Ramen noodles
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Combine cabbage and red onions in large bowl. Then combine beef flavor packet from noodles, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil; mix and pour over cabbage. Toast seeds and almonds for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven and then mix with broken up Ramen noodles. Add just before serving for crunch.
