PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1/3 c. peanut butter 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. rolled oats Cream butter and sugar. Blend in egg and 1/3 cup peanut butter. Add flour, soda, and salt, then add vanilla and rolled oats. Spread in greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. As soon as it comes out of the oven, sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on hot cake. Let it melt about 5 minutes, then spread over the top of the cake and drizzle with frosting. FROSTING: 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. peanut butter 4-6 tbsp. milk |
