MARY ELLEN'S CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Mix together and top with 1/2 cup melted butter and corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
