9 med. potatoes
1 pt. Half and Half
1 stick butter
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil potatoes with jackets on. Cool and peel. Grate potatoes and put in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Heat following in saucepan (don't boil) :

1 pt. Half and Half
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

After hot, pour over potatoes. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated cheese over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be cut in squares to serve. Serves 12 to 15.
