MAPLE WALNUT MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. maple extract
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven 450°F. Sift flour with baking powder, salt and sugar. Add everything else except nuts; stir until moistened. Fold in walnuts. Pour in paper lined muffin tins until full.

Bake about 20 minutes.
