2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. cocoa

Mix the ingredients well and bring to a slow boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 cups quick oatmeal, 1/2 cup nuts, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put on waxed paper by the teaspoonful.
