CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. carrots, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated med. cheddar cheese
3 slices bread, toasted & buttered

Cook carrots until tender. Cook onions in butter. Drain the carrots and add the rest of the ingredients. Put into greased casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
