SQUASH & CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 egg
1 sm. pot cooked squash
1 carton sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter
Several sm. carrots or lg. carrots, cut up in chunks

Mix onion soup, squash, egg, sour cream, cheese, carrots and some butter. Cover with bread crumbs. Slice butter over top and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
