APRICOT DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. dried apricots
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

For crust, mix flour, sugar, butter, coconut and nuts. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Pat remainder in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Beat butter, eggs and powdered sugar 5 minutes. Spread on cooled crust. Put 1 pound dried apricots (cooked and thickened with 1/2 cup sugar and cooled) for next layer. Whip cream, add cream cheese and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. Spread for next layer. Broil reserved crumbs and sprinkle on top.
