CHEDDAR BALLS 
1/2 c. butter
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Cream butter with cheese until very smooth. Blend in flour, salt and paprika. Knead lightly to form a soft dough. Roll a teaspoonful at a time into marble size balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) 12 minutes, or until firm and golden. Serve warm.
