CHEDDAR CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Pat cream cheese into small bowl; beat well until smooth and creamy; add remaining ingredients; blend well; shape into a ball, rolling in nuts and chill.
