CHILI CHEESE FESTIVITY | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 env. chili seasoning mix 1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 1/2 c. water 2 slightly beaten eggs 1 c. milk 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Fritos, crushed (2 c.) 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. shredded cheddar In a large skillet, cook beef and onions until meat is brown and onions are tender. Drain off excess fat. Add chili mix, soup and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend eggs and milk into meat mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in Fritos and Monterey Jack cheese. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Spread top with sour cream and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 6. |
