QUICK DIRTY RICE | |
2 pkg. Bryan bulk pork sausage 1 lb. ground meat 1 c. raw rice 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can French onion soup 1/2 soup can water 1/4 c. minced parsley 1/4 c. minced green onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 rib celery, diced 1/2 bell pepper, diced Salt & red pepper to taste Brown ground meat. In separate skillet, brown pork sausage. Drain all fat. Combine cooked meat, sausage and all chopped seasonings; cook until vegetables are wilted. Mix rice with meat mixture. Add soups, water, salt and pepper. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours until rice is done. Toss before serving. Serves 6-8. |
