QUICK SPANISH RICE 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte original style stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/4 c. uncooked white rice
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is done. Garnish with green onions. 6 servings.
