QUICK CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 c. Minute Rice
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 chicken, cut up

Spread rice and soup mix in 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour mixture of soups and milk over rice. Arrange chicken over rice. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
