QUICK SPANISH RICE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can diced green chilies or 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 lg. clove of garlic or use powder 1 can condensed tomato soup 1 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce In skillet cook beef, onion and garlic, (bell pepper) until tender, and meat not pink. Add remaining ingredients, cover, cook over low heat 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. 4 servings. |
