QUICK SPANISH RICE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans milk
2 cans Minute rice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown hamburger. Add onion, celery and garlic. Cook over medium heat until onions are clear, stir occasionally. Add soup, milk, rice, chili powder and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, keep stirring. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
