COFFEE FILLING FOR CAKES AND
TORTS (KAVES TORTA)
 
3/4 lb. butter
4 tbsp. sugar
2 whole eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Beat butter and 4 tablespoons sugar; beat these together and set aside. Combine rest of ingredients and cook over a low heat. When thick add 2 tablespoons instant coffee. When cooled beat this cooked mix into the butter mix until nice and fluffy.
