1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves (or any other light colored preserves)
1 env. onion soup mix

Mix all ingredients together and pour over 1 or 2 chickens, cut up. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. It'll be one of your favorites!
