EASY CHICKEN 
4-6 chicken breasts, boned & skinned, more if desired
16 tiny whole baby onions, canned or frozen
1 can Campbells' golden mushroom soup
Fresh sliced mushrooms (or 1 sm. can)
1/3 c. cooking sherry
Salt & pepper
1/4 - 1/3 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
A few frozen green peas (opt.), add color

Make a sauce with soup and sherry. Pour over everything else except cheese in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake, covered 45 minutes, then continue baking, uncovered 30 minutes. Double recipe? Add cooking time. Serve with rice.
