POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, cut up and deboned
Approximately 40 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Poppy seeds for color
1 qt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken. Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter and poppy seeds. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut up chicken breasts, add sour cream, soup and pour on top of crust. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Sprinkle with poppy seeds for decoration.
