QUICK CHICKEN DIVAN | |
4-6 split chicken breasts, boned 1 lg. pkg. broccoli spears (Birds Eye) 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 4-6 slices white or yellow cheese Garlic powder to taste Paprika for color Wash and pat dry, season with garlic powder. Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix together 2 cans of soup in small bowl until blended together. Spread a small amount in baking dish, place the broccoli on top of soup. Place on top of broccoli the chicken breasts. Pour rest of soup over the breasts. Sprinkle with paprika. Place slices of cheese over all. Cover pan with foil. Make 4 small holes for steam to escape, place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove foil to allow cheese to get light brown, about 5-10 minutes. |
