SURPRISE PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
6 slices of onion
6 slices of lemon
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup

Brown pork chops on both sides in hot fat. Season and spread with mustard. Top each chop with a slice of onion and lemon. Pour tomato soup evenly over this and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
