POTATO-HAM BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
4 c. cubed cooked potatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped ham

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese; stir until blended. Stir in potatoes and ham; spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; continue baking until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
