"SPRITSAR" - SWEDISH COOKIES | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 lb. butter 2 c. sifted flour 1 egg 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. almond extract Cream sugar and butter. Add egg, flour, and remaining ingredients. Stir until blended. Fill cookie press with dough. Shape "S" form cookies on cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 8 to 10 minutes. |
